Using Beautimprint

You are responsible for providing accurate information where possible, keeping your account secure, and using the service lawfully. Recommendations are based on the information available to Beautimprint and may change as your profile, product information and feedback change.

Product and routine guidance

Product information can change over time, including formulas, availability and retailer details. Beautimprint aims to distinguish verified information from information still under review, but you should always check current packaging, ingredient lists and instructions before use.

Safety

Stop using a product or routine if it causes a concerning reaction. Persistent, severe or unusual symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional. Beautimprint is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Service availability

Features may change or be unavailable temporarily while Beautimprint is maintained and improved. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, notes and other content you upload. You grant Beautimprint the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content back to you as part of the service.

Who can use Beautimprint

You must be 13 or over to create your own account. If you are 13 to 17, you get the teen version of Beautimprint, and you should check with a parent or guardian before buying anything or trying new products. Children under 13 can only be added by a parent or guardian as a profile in Family Mode. Any purchases made by under-18s through the App Store follow Apple's family and Ask to Buy settings.

Accounts and access

You may stop using Beautimprint at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

Beautimprint may connect to third-party services such as authentication, hosting, retailers or external links. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The Beautimprint name, branding, software, original interface, written guidance and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of Beautimprint intellectual property to users.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Beautimprint is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Subscriptions

Beautimprint is free to join and use. Members who joined under an earlier free-access offer keep it for the full period they were promised. If subscriptions are introduced in future, they will be optional and announced in advance. Any paid plan would be purchased through the App Store as an auto-renewing subscription that you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not process refunds — refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Beautimprint develops. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
